Licence
Buying DevCruft Pro grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on up to 2 Macs that you own or control. The licence does not expire. It covers version 1.0 and every update we release to it.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or your licence key. You may not remove or work around the licence check.
The free tier
The disk map is free to use indefinitely, for personal and commercial work alike. It is not a trial and it does not expire. We may change what is in the free tier for future versions, but a version you have already installed keeps working as it did when you installed it.
What the app does to your files
DevCruft deletes files only when you explicitly confirm a named list of them. It classifies every path it finds and will not offer to remove anything it classifies as irreplaceable.
That said: deletion is permanent, and you are responsible for what you confirm. Keep backups. Read the preview. We have built this carefully, and no amount of care makes an `rm` reversible.
Warranty and liability
DevCruft is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.
Refunds
30 days, no reason required. See the refund policy.
If we stop
Your licence is verified on your own Mac with no activation server. If this business ends, your copy keeps working. It simply stops receiving updates.

Apple, Mac, macOS and Xcode are trademarks of Apple Inc. Docker, Android Studio, Homebrew and the other tools named on this site belong to their respective owners. DevCruft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
